“ A restaurant I frequent a lot for several reasons: - The staff is unbeatable. It's a family business, and they make you feel at home, starting with Javi and continuing with the rest of the team. - They have two dining rooms, one close to the bar and another further away, both very comfortable. - The menu is very varied, all of good quality, but I always prefer to opt for the set menu, which offers a wide variety of starters and main courses to choose from, including drinks, bread, and dessert. There are also mixed dishes, which are always a hit. My basic recommendation: order the stew of the day. Whether it's La Granja beans, tripe with chickpeas, or whatever, you'll be 100% amazed. The homemade flavor of a stew made with love and quality ingredients. And the Sierra de Guadarrama beef is incredible. Flavorful and tender. It's well worth it; one of the best restaurants in the area for value. ”
